- If we created a band we would have 1 air guitarist, 1 flutist, 1 hand instrument player, 1 saxophonist, 1 ukulele player, 1 trumpeter, and 7 pianists. San Francisco Symphony watch out!
- Martellers speak a diverse range of languages, including Japanese, French, Mandarin, Chinese, Russian, Pig Latin, Spanish, Cantonese, English, Korean, Vietnamese, Portuguese, Khmer (Cambodian), Hebrew, Hindi, Tamil, and Dutch, with varying degrees of fluency.
- We come from pretty diverse ethnic backgrounds, including Scottish, Irish, English, Dutch, German, French, Mexican, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, Chinese, Portuguese, Polish, Lithuanian, Swiss, Eastern European, Jewish, Italian, Czech, Indian, and Filipino American.

We’ve also been cheerleaders, laser tag players, gymnasts, swimmers, bird-watchers, and enjoy hiking and endurance sports.
- We love to travel and have explored over 50 countries, including destinations like Japan, Italy, France, Thailand, Germany, the UK, Switzerland, Vietnam, Spain, South Africa, Turkey, and Costa Rica, covering all continents except Antarctica.
- We keep busy outside of work with a variety of hobbies including reading, hiking, gardening, skiing, and yoga. We also enjoy cooking, baking, biking, crafting, crocheting, and designing jewelry. Our collections range from quilting fabric, owls, antique buttons, vintage table linens, art, coins, Pokémon cards, Hot Wheels, comics, and antiques. Some of us are also involved in fitness activities like running, swimming, weightlifting, and competitive sports.
- We love to give back by supporting a wide range of causes including mental health, cancer research, child abuse survivors, hunger relief, animal rescue, clean water, and education. We also contribute to organizations like St. Jude, Doctors Without Borders, Habitat for Humanity, the Innocence Project, and the American Cancer Society.
